Ana has been with Mercy as a volunteer for about two years now! She is a wonderful volunteer who is very committed to her work! She is also an excellent mentor, and has helped many new volunteers feel welcome. Ana is always willing to help out with new activities, and has brought some great ideas to the program, as well as given some really wonderful feed back on what she thinks would be helpful in the future. So thank you Ana! Your work really means a lot! Congratulations on being volunteer of the month for March!

If you could have any super power what would it be and why?: Flying because I wouldn't have to pay for gas.
If you could be an animal what would you be and why?: Dolphin because they are cool and can swim.
Serious Questions:
Why did you decide to volunteer?: I decided to volunteer because it gave me the opportunity to interact with healthcare workers and it allows me to help out in my community.
What is your favorite part of being a volunteer at Mercy?: I love talking to patients while I deliver them their food trays. I also love seeing them smile when you take out the time to listen to them.
Why do you think other people should volunteeer?: Volunteering is a great way to get involved with your community and meet new people.
